Quit smoking!
On 14th March 2010, I woke up and had my usual coffee and cigarette.
It has been my last, because the next time I woke up I was in hospital after major bowel surgery only just surviving.
After 3+ weeks in hospital and 3 months recovering - I am about to go back in for some major reversal surgery 10 days in hospital and 6 weeks recovery.

Would I smoke again? ABSOLUTELY NOT!
